In the autumn of 2015, the city of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was shaken by a string of violent events that would ultimately be connected. On October 22nd, 20-year-old Brandon Terrell Washington was found deceased inside a residence on Plaza Drive. He had been fatally shot in what authorities would later describe as a targeted act of violence.
