Jasper Valliant, a 30-year-old resident of East Chicago, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 10, 2015, in Hammond, Indiana. According to reports, Valliant was shot multiple times in the 4200 block of Dearborn Avenue at approximately 8:25 a.m. on that fateful day. The Lake County coroner's office confirmed that Valliant was pronounced dead at the scene, and his death was ruled a homicide.
