Michael J. Reyna, 16, male, Hispanic/Latino, left home on a warm Wednesday evening in Hammond, Indiana, never imagining how short the night would be. Around 7:25 p.m. on July 16, 2025, shots broke the calm in the 1000 block of 177th Street.
