On the evening of May 3, 2023, a tragic and sudden act of violence cut short the life of 26-year-old Rajesh Bhagwandeen in Hammond, Indiana. A man of Trinidadian and Indian descent who embraced his Hindu faith, Bhagwandeen was known for his love of cars, particularly his BMW, and was pursuing a degree in Automotive Technology with the dream of opening an auto shop with his brothers.
