On May 3, 2023, 26-year-old Rajesh Sanchelus Bhagwandeen of Hammond, Indiana, was fatally shot in a tragic incident. Born on March 10, 1997, to Rajesh and Shevon Bhagwandeen in Whiting, Indiana, Rajesh later moved to Hammond, where he resided until his untimely death.
