Frank E. Koonce Jr., affectionately known as "Bubba," tragically passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 20 in Hammond, Indiana. Frank's sudden death was a result of a drive-by shooting, which has left his family and community in deep mourning. He was a beloved son, brother, fiancé, and friend, known for his infectious smile and kind-hearted nature. Frank graduated from Clark High School in Hammond, where he played football and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
