On a cold December evening in 2014, the life of 25-year-old Dominique Wright of Hammond, Indiana, was tragically cut short in a brazen act of violence on a busy expressway. The male victim was driving his black Oldsmobile westbound on the Borman Expressway, near Cline Avenue, when he was struck by multiple gunshots. The attack caused a chain reaction, as his vehicle continued moving, ultimately striking another car before coming to a final, grim halt on the inside of the interstate.
