Christienne Cloutier, aged 27, tragically lost her life on October 17, 2021, in Hammond, Indiana. The incident occurred around 11:40 p.m. when Hammond police responded to reports of shots fired near Hohman Avenue and Gostlin Street. Witnesses reported seeing a group of unknown black males in masks arguing with another black male before a shootout ensued.
