In the summer of 1963, a grim discovery was made in a Hammond, Indiana rail yard that would mark the beginning of a years-long reign of terror. On August 3rd, 45-year-old railroad fireman Paul Overstreet and his engineer, Roy Bottorf, were found dead in the cab of their freight train.
