In the winter of 2016, the life of 19-year-old Terry Williams was tragically cut short, marking the first homicide of the year in Indianapolis. A Black male, Williams was discovered in the hallway of an east side apartment complex on January 4th, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The authorities immediately classified his death as a homicide, launching an investigation into the violent end of the young man's life.
