Tammy Jo Modlin, a 43-year-old white female, tragically died on January 24, 2016, in Fort Myers, Florida. Born on March 28, 1972, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tammy was involved in a harrowing murder-suicide pact with her boyfriend, Patrick Carlopoli. The couple had planned to kill Tammy's children, Montana Modlin, 16, and Jeanne Carlopoli, 3, before taking their own lives. However, the plan did not go as intended.
