Tammy Jo Modlin, a 43-year-old white female, tragically died on January 24, 2016, in Fort Myers, Florida. Born on March 28, 1972, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tammy was involved in a harrowing murder-suicide pact with her boyfriend, Patrick Carlopoli.
