Melanie Margaret Johnston, a 32-year-old woman from Fort Myers, FL, tragically lost her life on July 10, 2015. The incident occurred at the Sheltering Pines Mobile Home Park in San Carlos Park, where she lived with her husband, Jeremiah Charles Johnston, and their four children. On that fateful morning, Jeremiah, who was also 32 years old, allegedly shot Melanie outside their home before taking his own life. Melanie was transported to Gulf Coast Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
