Kasreeyal Hester, a 17-year-old from Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2016. He was found fatally shot inside a vehicle along with his friend, 15-year-old Mark Skipper, in the 800-block of Burr Street in Gary. The discovery was made by a police officer who noticed a car parked with its driver-side door open.
