Deshalone Williams, an 18-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2013. He was found dead near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Clark Road, having been shot in the head. The incident occurred around 11:10 p.m., and his death was pronounced at the scene.
