Charles Atkinson, a resident of Neosho, Missouri, was tragically killed on February 10, 2016, in Richmond, Indiana. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. in the 1800 block of Industries Road, near the former Coca-Cola facility. According to reports, Atkinson was involved in a fatal shooting with Virgus Browning Jr., a resident of Richmond. Both men were found with gunshot wounds at the scene.
