Bishop A. Oliver, a 22-year-old resident of Richmond, Indiana, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2017. Born on July 6, 1994, Bishop was known for his helpful nature and received two Good Samaritan awards during his lifetime. On the night of his death, Bishop and another man, Shawn W.
