Shawn W. Sams, a 27-year-old resident of Richmond, Indiana, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2017. The incident occurred late at night in front of a duplex located in the 100 block of Richmond Avenue. According to reports, the fatal event was the result of a shooting that also claimed the life of 22-year-old Bishop A. Oliver and left another man, 33-year-old Christopher M. Crawley, injured.
