In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in Richmond, Indiana, the life of 18-year-old Caleb Stevens was tragically cut short. On August 19, 2015, the recent high school graduate was fatally shot in a residence on South 13th Street. The young man, known for his love of football and his generous spirit, was a lifelong resident of the area and had plans to attend Ivy Tech Community College.
