Death by Force

Rodney J. Brown, age 33, was shot and killed on December 17, 2015, on the near northeast side of Indianapolis. Police were called to a residence in the 3400 block of Ralston Avenue late that night, where they discovered Brown's body. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds, marking another incident in a city that has faced ongoing challenges with gun violence.
