In the late hours of a Wednesday night in Indianapolis, the life of 33-year-old Rodney Brown was tragically cut short. Just after midnight on December 17, 2015, police responded to a call and found Brown on the front porch of a house in the 3400 block of Ralston Avenue. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the head. Emergency services transported him to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he died.
