On a summer evening in Indianapolis, the life of 46-year-old Ryan Goss, a beloved father and respected figure in his community, was tragically cut short. On July 30, 2016, Goss, a Caucasian male, was found shot to death on the porch of a home on High School Road on the city's northwest side.
