John Doug Lowe, a 46-year-old resident of Decker, Indiana, was found deceased at his home on May 3, 2017. The investigation into his death revealed that he had been shot. This tragic event led to the arrest of two men, Jeremy Schatz, aged 41, and Christopher Schatz, aged 27, both from Princeton, Indiana. The two suspects were charged with Lowe's murder and were booked into the Knox County Jail shortly after the incident.
