Jacob Hambaugh, a 9-month-old baby from Kokomo, Indiana, tragically died on October 22, 2014, after being accidentally shot in the head. The incident occurred while his father, John Hambaugh III, was cleaning a loaded handgun in their home. According to reports, John Hambaugh was in the kitchen when the gun discharged, with a bullet striking his left thigh and then hitting Jacob in the head.
