In the late afternoon of Wednesday, November 29, 2017, tragedy struck in a Kokomo, Indiana home, ending the life of 28-year-old Randall Wayne 'Randy' Rogers. Rogers was discovered with a single gunshot wound to his head and was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately clear to investigators who arrived at the residence in the city located about 40 miles north of Indianapolis.
