Joshua D. Briscoe, a 29-year-old resident of Kokomo, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2021. According to reports, Briscoe was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside a residence on North Ohio Street in Kokomo. The incident occurred around midnight, and first responders pronounced him dead at the scene. Another individual, identified as Rodney Tolle, 69, was also shot in the head inside the home and later succumbed to his injuries.
