Harvey Lenoir Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Kokomo, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2021. Harvey, affectionately known as "Luh Pokey" by his family and friends, was a beloved figure in his community. He was known for his outgoing personality, love for sports, and dedication to his family.
