In the early hours of May 17, 2017, the life of 28-year-old Tamin James 'Timmy' Osborne was tragically cut short in his hometown of Gary, Indiana. He was a Black male, a father, son, and brother. Just after midnight, police responded to calls of shots fired in the 3700 block of Monroe Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered a parked vehicle with two occupants inside, both of whom had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
