Tracy J. Wheat II, a 19-year-old from Muncie, Indiana, tragically passed away on July 23, 2017, after being shot in the head at a home in the 6100 block of West Delaware County Road 350-N. Tracy was visiting Dillon Gage Jackson, who was later charged with his murder. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and despite being rushed to I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Tracy succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
