On August 14, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Muncie, Indiana, resulting in the death of 15-year-old Latajohne Phillips, also known as “Tay.” Phillips was found with gunshot wounds near the main office of the Creekside Apartments (also referred to as Latitude Apartments in some reports).
