Storm Allen Smith, a 26-year-old resident of Muncie, Indiana, tragically passed away on April 15, 2016. Born on April 6, 1990, in Muncie, Storm was a graduate of Southside High School and worked as an installer for B & J Flooring Company and City Fence. He was known for his love of wrestling, playing pool, and fishing.
