In Muncie, Indiana, on the evening of April 15, 2016, a confrontation with police ended the life of 26-year-old Storm Allen Smith. A Muncie Police officer was dispatched to the 4200 block of East Jackson Street after a report of a threat. The nature of the threat was not publicly detailed.
