Tristan Nathaniel Twilley Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Muncie, Indiana, was fatally shot on March 15, 2023. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, shortly after 3:20 a.m., at a duplex located in the 1300 block of East 10th Street, between Blaine and Penn streets, near Heekin Park on the city's south side.
