In a tragic turn of events on a Wednesday afternoon in Indianapolis, Phyllis Ann Anderson, a 64-year-old female, lost her life in a fatal shooting. The incident occurred on September 20, 2017, inside her apartment at the Arlington Green complex, situated in the 6000 block of East 21st Street.
