Phyllis Anderson, aged 64, was tragically shot and killed on September 20, 2017, in her apartment at the Arlington Green complex in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred around noon, and it was reported that her granddaughter, 22-year-old Kaycee Anderson, was the primary suspect in the case.
