In the summer of 2016, a tragedy unfolded in a quiet apartment complex on the northeast side of Indianapolis, forever altering the lives of several families. On the morning of July 22nd, police were called to the Lodge apartments on Fall Creek Road for a welfare check, a call that would lead to a grim discovery. Inside one of the units, officers found the bodies of three individuals, all victims of a fatal shooting. Among them was 52-year-old Lisa Woods.
