In the winter of 2014, a promising life was tragically cut short in Indianapolis. Katrina White, a 20-year-old female, was found dead on January 15th, the victim of gun violence. She was not alone; with her was 20-year-old Dayeon Johnson, who also perished in the attack. The two were discovered on the northwest side of the city, their deaths quickly ruled a double homicide by investigators.
