Freddie Howard, a 44-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, was tragically killed in an apparent double homicide on February 25, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Gary police responded to a report of shots fired and a man with a gun at an apartment building on the 2000-block of Carolina Street.
