In the late hours of a Friday night in Gary, Indiana, the life of 25-year-old Devita Scott was tragically cut short. On October 21, 2016, she and a companion, 26-year-old Christopher Clark Jr., were discovered inside a vehicle in the 2000 block of Industrial Boulevard. Both had sustained fatal gunshot wounds in what was determined to be a double homicide.
