Isaiah De'Quan Carter, also known as "Izzy," tragically passed away on March 31, 2018, at the age of 25 in Gary, Indiana. Born on June 23, 1992, to Derrick Amos and Inez Galvin, Isaiah was a beloved member of his community. He attended William A.
