Otoniel Villarreal, 44, was found shot in the head behind the wheel of his vehicle in northwest Houston on April 28, 2009. The incident occurred in the 7200 block of Pinemont Drive at approximately 7:40 a.m. Villarreal was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Authorities had few leads and were unable to determine a clear motive for the killing.
