David Starks Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2018. The incident occurred on the east side of Indianapolis, where Starks was shot during a disturbance involving his stepfather, Leonard Booker. According to reports, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call on the 3100 block of N. Bancroft Street, where they found Starks suffering from a gunshot wound.
