A birthday party on a Friday evening in Indianapolis turned tragic, ending the life of 27-year-old David Starks Jr. The fatal encounter took place on April 6, 2018, at the home of his stepfather, Leonard Booker. What began as a celebration for Booker's birthday descended into a heated argument and, ultimately, bloodshed.
