Elishama Pierre, aged 24, was shot on September 17, 2016, in Indianapolis. The incident took place in the 7200 block of North Michigan Road, near a Shell gas station, in the early hours of the morning. Pierre was transported to St. Vincent Hospital in serious condition, where he succumbed to his injuries on September 21.
