Joseph Felker, an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2020. According to reports, Joseph was found with apparent gunshot wounds in the 600 block of Cottage Avenue. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to the scene just after 4:25 a.m. and transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
