In the fading light of a November afternoon, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Fort Wayne neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Truvarus L. Giddens Jr., a 22-year-old male, was found shot inside a residence on the 2500 block of Barr Street on Sunday, November 11, 2018.
