In the summer of 2013, the life of 21-year-old Dashawn Jermell Martin, a Black male from Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of July 31st, police were called to the Brookmill Court Apartments in the 2700 block of Millbrook Drive.
