In the early morning hours of February 9, 2017, the body of 16-year-old Quinlan I. Partington was discovered by a passerby in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The young man was found unresponsive in the 3200 block of Diplomat Drive at approximately 6:20 a.m. Emergency services responded to the scene, and he was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
