Richard Eugene Pettry Jr., aged 42, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2019, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Richard was fatally shot during a dispute that escalated into violence. The incident occurred at a residence on East Minnesota Street, where Richard had gone to assist a family member who was reportedly trapped inside a house due to a drug-related issue.
