On a grim Saturday afternoon, what should have been a routine shopping trip turned into a scene of violence and tragedy, ending the life of 19-year-old Scott Anthony Foor Jr. The young man was fatally shot on August 2, 2025, following a dispute that began inside a Family Dollar store on Michigan Road in Indianapolis.
