Death by Force

Scott Anthony Foor Jr., 19, was shot and killed on August 2, 2025, at a Family Dollar in the 6000 block of Michigan Road on Indianapolis’ northwest side. Officers were dispatched just after 5:30 p.m. and found him at the store’s front entrance; despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Marion County Coroner’s Office identified him as the victim.
