A 23 year old man is shot and killed during a home invasion
Cedrick Herbert, aged 23, was shot and killed execution-style on June 15, 2009, while staying at a friend's apartment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The homicide took place in a particularly gruesome manner; investigators believe that Cedrick was asleep when intruders forced their way into the apartment.
