A 23 year old man is shot and killed during a home invasion
On a summer morning in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, the life of 23-year-old Cedrick James Herbert was brought to a violent and tragic end. On June 15, 2009, Herbert was at the apartment of a female friend at the Northfield Lodge Apartments on East Northfield Boulevard. It is believed that while he was asleep inside the residence, one or more assailants forced their way in through the front door.
