Death by Force

On April 23, 2025, 26-year-old Darius Timberlake was found shot dead at a home in Lawrence, a neighborhood in Indianapolis, Indiana. Officers from the Lawrence Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at a residence in the 4500 block of Vernon Avenue around 3:30 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Timberlake suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene. His death was ruled a homicide.
