Azareaon S. Cole, age 15, male, Black/African American, was fatally shot in downtown Indianapolis in the early hours of July 5, 2025, after police were dispatched to back-to-back disturbances near West Washington Street and South Meridian, then a second disturbance at West Washington and South Illinois.
