Darius McMorris, a 23-year-old man from Chicago, was tragically killed on April 1, 2019, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The incident occurred at a home located at 5419 S. Harrison St., near Bishop Luers High School. Fort Wayne police were called to the scene just after noon, where they found McMorris dead inside the residence. An autopsy later confirmed that he had died from a gunshot wound, and his death was ruled a homicide.
