Jamarkus Allen Kindred, a 33-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically shot and killed on July 27, 2019. The incident occurred early in the morning near the intersection of Lafayette and East Williams Street. Fort Wayne Police responded to a report of a man lying unresponsive in a grassy area near the roadway. Upon arrival, officers found Kindred, who was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
