Harold Von Harrington, a 26-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 21, 2015. He was found shot dead in his car outside his home on Central Drive. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m., and neighbors reported hearing gunshots and seeing a person running away from the scene.
